I only slept 4 hours last night. Why would that earn a 71/Fair score?

The Sleep score has 3 components:
- sleep duration
- Ratio of deep sleep and REM sleep over light sleep
- Restoration, i.e. the average heart rate compared to your resting heart rate while sleeping
So even with a few hours, if you have 2 full sleep cycle with over 25% REM and deep sleep, and sleep soundly while your heart was beating lower than your resting heart rate, you can still have a good sleep score. And inversely with 10 hours but mostly light sleep and agitated with high heart rare, a low sleep score.
