What does everyone do for a good night sleep? its my biggest weakness with fit bit i fall asleep with no issue but staying asleep? blah

I try not to eat anything very high carb during and after dinner, so pasta and ice cream and rice are out.
I also take 400mg magnesium right before bed (natural muscle relaxant).
And I try to keep my bedroom as dark as humanly possible.
A lot of people have had success with white noise, keeping away from computer/tablet monitors at least an hour before sleep, and avoiding alcohol.
