How do I know my baseline is neg better than positive

Hello @Walkertalke 

 

What do you mean ? Generally the skin temperature function gives you a deviation from a baseline computed over 3 nights when you start wearing the device. There are no interpretation of whether it is better to have a negative deviation than a positive.
