My sleep app at times is tracking me as sleeping when I'm actually up and about.
This last time it recorded that I slept from 1:29 PM - 5:30 AM 8 hr 35 min. Under sleep quality is says 6 hr 27 min to fall asleelp, 47 times awake, 57 times restless, 7 hr 26 min awake/restless. There is definitely something wrong with this, since I was at work until 5:00 PM and then drove home 30 miles, about an hours drive.
Definitely something wrong with the sleep app. I was hoping to track my sleep to see if I could figure out a pattern between sleeping (or lack of) and migraines, but I give up, it's giving me a migraine!

It could be that whatever you were doing during the day caused enough vibration to cause your fitbit to go into sleep mode, thus causing the app to say that you were sleeping. It's happened to me on several occasions.
