Why no sleep score?

I’ve been under serious stress the past couple of nights and only slept 4.5-5.5 hours. I didn’t get sleep scores those days. I usually get a score. Anyone know why? Is there a minimum number of hours you need to get a score? My Fitbit has been acting weird lately so idk.

Hello @h1amil

You need to get your sleep stages graph in order to get a sleep score according to this help page (<-- click).

If you didn't get your sleep stages graph, this help page (<-- click) might provide a clue. You mentioned that you didn't sleep as well and as long. That might have been the factor why you didn't get a sleep stages graph and sleep score.
