Hi good morning to all! I have not been able to track my sleep stages/data at all I feel like for months. All of a sudden one day it just stopped, any suggestions? Do you have to have fitbit premium for this now?

Hello @Lottsasteps
You don't need a Premium subscription to get your sleep stages & sleep score. The Premium subscription gives you access to additional sleep data information, including the monthly sleep animal.
Which Fitbit device are you using?
Are you also having issues with heart rate tracking? Do you see a green light on the back of your device? The green light is the heart rate sensor and is needed for sleep tracking.
This help page has more information about Fitbit sleep tracking (<-- click link), including recommended troubleshooting steps.
I'll be watching for your reply.

Hello @Tishmaria46
Sorry to see that you're not getting your sleep data.
Are you getting any sleep tracking, like the basic graph: Awake, Asleep, Restless?
Which Fitbit device do you have? Do you see the green light on the back of your device?
What troubleshooting have you already tried?

My wife with Inspire 2 suddenly did not get sleep scores starting Thursday Mar 27 after getting them for months.
we tried resetting Inspire2 by pushing button 15 sec whole charging. Didn’t help. She is getting steps per day and a “general” sleep panel with awake-restless-asleep lines/dots. No info on Fitbit that I can see explaining why it dropped sleep score and deep/light/REM/awake info. Like other commenter I was wondering if Fitbit no wanted her to upgrade to premium so I’m glad the answer to that is NO. But still haven’t figured out problem.
what needs to be “restarted” IF THAT is the problem? The Fitbit itself? The app on the iPad? Can it have problems with just sleep score and nothing else? Why is there no option for diagnostics for this problem? This seems to be a problem that arises over and over?

For my wife’s Inspire 2 she is getting the basic awake asleep restless info and she has the green light. She has rebooted the device and gotten the smiley face. She also gets steps and other info like before.
thanks for any help on debug.
