which sleep mode to use?

I've tried the regular and sensitive sleep mode. In the regular, I seem to sleep pretty well, with 8-12 minutes of restlessness. In the sensitive mode, my 'sleep' is dramatically reduced and I have more than2 hours of restlessness. How do you know which is right?

I've switched mine to normal and will see how it looks otherwise I'll switch it off completely - it could make you worried and less likely to sleep!

I have restless legs syndrome and the sensitive setting cuts my sleep am estimated two to four hours per night. When I'm normal mode it sometimes seems to give me less sleep than what I estimate for actual sleep. I'm going to check against my Sleep Number Bed hours of sleep once I get that up and running.
