Hi I lost my surge box and my device not showing its 4 digit code, its only displaying surge tour, hence I can't sync it and its been a while I haven't been using my surge now,my question is how will I be able to sync it with my phone?

The four digit code only shows when you set it up.

You can download software to your computer   if thats what you need

thank you for that @WendyB yeah I was trying to set it up but the digits aren't popinng out it still display the tour
