7 day total inaccurate

On website, my 7 day total is about significantly short of what it should be..I average 12-13K steps a day..so how is 7 day total 40K?

Take the steps for today, add the last 7 days of steps. This is your 7 day total.

@Rich_Laue, I think we get how to work out a seven day total,  but do you get the discrepancy that @SunsetRunner is referring to?

Well actually @Lilbiddy since @SunsetRunner only mentioned their normal average. And hasn't said anything about their actual steps on those days. We also do not know at what time of the day the post was made Ms if it was early in the morning their might only be 6 days counted. That is why I asked for real data.

To be honest, I found the response on how to add a bit snarky, so opted not to respond....didn't really answer the question regarding the discrepancy.
