Hello all.... Need help. I have just did unboxing of my new Fitbit Surge. I have connected it with electric source with its charging cable; it vibrated on its connection. However, it’s been 2 hours it’s not charging. Kindly advise.

Are you charging on your computer USB port?
See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

But you should charge it for at least 2 hours and then set it up. You will not see anything until it is set up
