So my app just said that they are giving me 90 days free trail because of isolation at home. I took them up on the offer and once I said subricbe, wham, money out of my account and an immediate e-mail that said they will deduct next month again. Don't advertise something as free if it isn't

@Annivg What did you learn from support? I've heard this from others as well in a Facebook Fitbit group. Curious if you'd used the Google Pay option or PayPal as reports I'd seen previously were when using PayPal. I've not signed up for it [yet] and as much as I appreciate them offering this for 90-days "free", wish they didn't require payment as things like this happen. Please let us know how this works out.

I was told it is only free for those who haven't used the free trial before. If you have you will be charged and they give no refunds.
