This is the second time my Fitbit account has been hacked and email changed on the account. Why would someone do that when there is nothing to gain. Since the first time this happened my Fitbit app has never worked the same. Is this happening to others?

@DDSadler I was able to reach out to our Security Team who reassured me that a team member was currently working with you to get you access to your account. I recommend continuing the discussion with them as I am confident they'll be able to get you back on track.
In order to prevent this type of activity in the future, I recommend checking out the tips in this help article: "Can someone take over my account?"
