I'm on my dashboard and looking for the "Accounts" tab so that I may sync my Surge. There's NO ACCOUNT TAB on my dashboard! How else can I sync my device? Please help! This is quite annoying. Thank you.

When people refer to the accounts tab they are probably talking about the fitbit app on a phone.
For the fitbit connect software you can force a sync by right clicking on the fitbit icon at the bottom right of your screen (near the time display) and selecting "sync now"
