Active min are not tracking correctly

I walk on a treadmill and the goal will say I walked for 65 min but when I go to track exercise to see the peak and cardio ect it say I only walked for 24 min. Sometimes it says I was one bike when I wasn't   Any help is appreciated.

While on the treadmill the user will need to manually start the exercise that is called "treadmill". This is because no Fitbit device can automatically detect a treadmill walk or run. 

Second point is that not all minutes of active will be active minutes. Only those minutes that consume 3 times the persons BMR.
