I have re set and resynced my Blaze. It doesnt show any active minutes since i purchased it a few months ago. Everything else is working but not active minutes. Any suggestions on how to get it to work would be great. Thanks

Are you sure you should be getting active minutes? They are a bit confusing as you only get them if fitbit thinks you have been particularly active, as explained in this article:

I hope Im entitled to active minutes, as I dance four times a week doing 90 minutes each time of salsa dancing.  Three other sessions of boxing and weights at the gym with a personal trainer on alternative days, are my other exercise regimes.  Im not quite sure what fit bit classes as active minutes?  I would assume, dancing and boxing are a form of exercise where my heart rate at times is pulsing along at 165 bpm.  A friend clocks up active minutes each day when she walks her dog for 30 minutes, so I cant understand why she has active minutes for walking and I have never clocked up any minutes of "active minutes".

That's strange. As it describes in the linked help file, you should be getting active minutes during cardio workouts based on your heart rate and step pace. I can see why weights may be discounted (due to low step count) but can't think why dance would be excluded. BTW mine works like your friends and I normally get active minutes from a brisk walk so something is wrong somewhere.

Is this the procedure you used to restart / reset your Blaze?

If so, I would try it again a few times as it's known to not always work. If it's still not counting after that then I'm unsure what else to suggest other than contact customer support to see if they can spot any problems from the servers side.
