Activity minutes

My activity minutes stopped tracking yesterday and none again today. I have exercised so it is t that I haven't earned them. Help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @CarriePrater. I would recommend performing a restart to your Fitbit Surge by following @Rich_Laue's steps. Then, please force sync your tracker as @WendyB stated here. If this doesn't get you back on track I would appreciate if you provide me with the following:

 

- Is your Surge not showing your active minutes?

- Are they not shown in your Fitbit app?

- Have you checked them in the online Dashboard?
