Air bubble in Fitbit Surge

I bought a Aria, and Alta and a Surge for my wife and me during a recent visit to US.

Unfortunately, the scale is very inaccurate so I don't use it anymore. I gave up with that.

Now, my Fitbit Surge is showing a bubble of air that is growing day by day. I take care of it as usual (no scratches, no shocks) and now that I'm outside US I think I don't have any chance.

Anyone in the same situation? Maybe any trick to fix this?

Regards and have a good year!
Daniel
