Has any one else had a promblem with air pockets appearing on the strap ? I think it’s because of the hot weather

Unfortunately, there are lots of posts where people are reporting this "bubbling". The usual advice is to contact customer support so they can check your warranty status and talk through your options. You can contact them via: contact.fitbit.com

I've had to replace 2 bands already because of the air pockets.  First band lasted about 2 weeks when I purchased the Surge.  Second band lasted about 2 months.  When I called in, I was asked if I'd been taking my Surge into the sauna (which I hadn't), so they know it's heat related.  I have a cover that goes over the band now that has seemed to help some since it hasn't happened again in the last few months.
