Well the end of my Surge is here. I purchased the first 1 when a major sporting goods chain closed and I got it at a very discounted price. It lasted just over a year and died but was replaced after contacting Fit bit. I knew then that when the replacement failed as much as I liked the Surge I wouldn't purchase another Fit bit again. I haven't posted often but read this forum religiously. Its apparent the products are not made to last. I'm now conditioned to have a tracker as part of my daily routine. While the Surge was failing, wouldn't sync,band bubbling and finally won't charge. My research leads me to Garmin or Samsung. I haven't decided but I do know It won't be Fit bit. Thank you for hearing me out.
