Alarm not working am pm

When I go to settings, alarms; I can change the time but not pm and am? How can I change my alarm from pm to am?

It's great to see you around @Jewjew. Please confirm you are doing the following to set your alarms from your Android Fitbit app:

 

1. Tap Settings
2. Tap Alarms
3. Tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner
4. Enter your information
5. Tap Save
6. Sync

 

Since if you are following these steps you should be able to see an image like the following, where the AM and PM are visible:

Hello, I have done the followingç1. Tap Settings
2. Tap Alarms
3. Tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner
4. Move the clock hands to change the time as soon as I finish with the seconds and click "ok" (ok is the only option) then save appears. It never gives me an option to change am and pm, and touching am and pm does not change it either.
5. Tap Save
6. Sync Any odeas?

@Jewjew Thanks for your reply! That is very strange! It should let you change from am to pm with no problem. I recommend doing the following:

 

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Reboot your phone.
  • Log back in to the Fitbit app.
  • Do the alarm set up process one more time.

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
