I had a brain snap & realised I need to tell the **ahem** thing that I wanted the alarm to repeat on certain days!!!

Hey there @LindsayJ! I'm so happy to know that @SunsetRunner helped you to resolve the issue with your alarms. These alarmas will occur just once or several days per week, that's up to you. Here are the instructions to setup an alarm. 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the tracker tile.
  2. Tap the tracker for which you want to set an alarm.
  3. Tap Silent Alarms.
  4. Tap Set a New Alarm.
  5. Select the alarm time and frequency, and don’t forget to save. The app should sync with your tracker immediately
