1. The tracker obviously counts your steps all day. What is the amount of calories credited for steps taken ie how many calories get used taking 100 steps?
2. Today I rode my bike for 33 mins and selected <Bike> from the exercise option for the duration. The steps total had increased by 2,500 on my return. Should I have been credited <steps> for cycling?
3. The resume gave me 313 calories for the above bike ride. Is this in addition to the <all day steps>?
Yours in anticipation

I'll try and give you at least a couple of answers.
1. Fitbit calculates the number of calories for steps or other exercises based on your age, gender, weight, height etc. So I might burn more or fewer calories than you for the same number of steps.
2. My understanding was that if you specify an exercise over a certain period, it should not count any steps over that time.
3. The calories attributed to the bike ride, I think, will be the total calories burnt over the specified period - i.e. the BMR calories plus the extra used for the exercise itself.
It could be that someone can be more accurate, but that is my understanding.
