Anyone else have problems with the app. Mine won't load at all on my phone. Just shows the icon and says waiting. I have been on the dashboard through internet and it won't update either. Fed up of my fitbit this week.

Phone: Turn it off for a minute. Go back in and see if it resolves the problem. If not un-install the app Shut down phone again. Go back in and re-install the app
