I am disappointed by Auge behavior when they seem to have design or systemic failure issues. We had issues in family with two charges and now with surge. Armband quality seem to be disaster and Fitbit take no responsibility to have sensible solution for this issue

Changing the band on the fitbit surge is possible through other vendors like amazon.
