Aside the strap now on its last legs and holding together with superglue I'm now not getting activities auto logged.
Calories, floors, active minutes, active hours all recorded but not the activities themselves. I've restarted the watch to no effect, and re-synched a few times.
Any ideas anyone or is it finally dead?
Best AnswerMe too. Seems fixed now for me.
Think it is a problem with Fitbit not your watch
My surge watch is not logging any activities for me as well, I just noticed it, but it hasn't logged anything since Oct. 24th. Any ideas???
Best AnswerSame here, stopped tracking automatically. I noticed it the other day for a bike ride that was about 15m, but that was the first time and I was like, eh, but today, it didn't log 2 bike rides and a long dog walk.
Best Answerwas on fitbit chat last night they told me the issue was with them and would be resolved overnight. this morning when i synced the activities all came in from yesterday and has worked fine today.
