Not sure how this happened and seems like it happens a lot but band has cracked around the screw and separating from the clock face!
Any solutions? I'm afraid sweat and water start to seep through and eventually ruin the watch! Love my surge and had gotten as a gift on Christmas 2015!

@LRod75 If you're Surge is in warranty Fitbit will replace it. If not, go to Ali Express where you can buy a replacement band, they even include the tool needed to change the band. Lots of videos on YouTube showing how to do it. Don't use superglue, it's only a short term fix.
Oh, and don't believe anyone, (i. e. FitBit), who say the band can't be replaced - it can!

Hi, @LRod75, in this case you will need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Service and they will be able to advise whether you are still covered under warranty. This will depend on where you bought it. In most of the world the warranty is one year.
If you are out of warranty they may be able to offer you a discount on a new Surge or other Fitbit
I would not advise this unless you are out of warranty, but I have read that some people have found a good dose of super glue around the screws will keep your Surge going quite a bit longer...

Post your problem on every social media avenue you are connected with. There is literally thousands of these issues and Fitbit continually skirt around the obvious design fault. I have been in touch with local consumer affairs because of Fitbit shoddy attitude (have copied pages and pages of these comments)
the broblem occurs on other models as well but you don't see it on Garmin, Suunto, etc
