Just got off a live chat with Steve D letting him know my second Surge in 19 months has a defective band. After he told me "this is not a common scenario " and that they were not going to do anything for me I told him I would post this to see if anyone had this issue. I'd like to hear if you've dealt with this too. I'm going to take pictures and post online. Might tweet them too
