I took my surge fitbit to best buy after calling them with a new band and they would not repair it as they no longer carry surge. Is there anyone in Green Bay Wi that would install a new band on a surge?

Do a basic search online for how to replace the band. You will find all sorts of videos that take you step by step to replace it.
