My surge has recently started to run low on battery within 16 hours after a full recharge, also when I go into settings and start trying to change them the watch just stalls with the fitbit logo and then resets to the default run screen. This especially happens when I try and change bluetooth settings as my new Samsung s6+ is struggling to connect with it with the phone stating that surge is rejecting the pairing.
Also my watch now has 2 cracks in the screen and there is no way I have hit it or dropped it which i find strange as all the mobile phones I've owned for years are gorilla glass and I have never cracked or broken any of them.
My watch is now only 3 days out from being 12 months old, I can honestly say I've really loved this watch but I'm also very disapointed that I'm having some serious problems with it just under a year.

It's great to see you here @Gorey. Regarding the battery inconvenience, I recommend following the tips to Maximize your tracker's battery life and the Battery Troubleshoot. If the tracker is restarting itself you can follow the Restart Process, about the damage inconvenience, contact our Support Team and provide them some pictures (for a faster solution you can contact them via phone or chat).
Let me know how it goes!

Hi Alejandra, I'm still waiting for a response from my email a week ago. I just sent them another one 😞
My Surge now lasts around 24 hours and I've given up trying to sync it.
Cheers
