Battery Life off and on

Last weekend I went away for 4 days and my Surge still had life when I returned without charging it once. This week it has been down to about 36 hours between charges. Today the meter barely moved all day. Any thoughts on the inconsistancy.

If your Surge is not holding a charge, I recommend following the tips to Maximize your tracker's battery life and the Battery Troubleshoot and if you keep having battery problems, feel free to contact our Support Team. I did contact support before and they sent me a new tracker (new or refurbished?). I know many people are having trouble with battery life since the new firmware update.
