Last weekend I went away for 4 days and my Surge still had life when I returned without charging it once. This week it has been down to about 36 hours between charges. Today the meter barely moved all day. Any thoughts on the inconsistancy.

I did contact support before and they sent me a new tracker (new or refurbished?). I know many people are having trouble with battery life since the new firmware update.
