Hi Peeps
Having issues with my surge. The battery seems to run down very quickly recently. I took a break for a couple of months and charged it before the break. It used to last 5 days or more. Since I started using it again recently the battery is poor only lasting a couple of days before battery low notification. Also the buttons seem to have stopped working. I can't get into the settings when I need to. left button seems to do nothing now! The only time I seem to be able to get into the settings is when i let it run out of power and power it up after a charge, it will seem to work correctly then for a short space of time.
Any help appreciated.
Regards all.

Hi Wendy
Thanks for reply
I have cleaned all of the contacts on both the cable and the device with IPA swab. I have also hard reset the device. I have looked into the app on my phone and discovered the all day sync was on. Not sure how that was turned on as I had turned all that off previously. But it is on charge presently with the battery looking full but with the power symbol still showing, so I will leave it like this for the next few hours and see what happens. The button issue is still there so I have made contact with support regarding that.
Thanks for your help
