I got my 2nd Surge a month ago from Amazon and for the last week it hasn't been able to keep a charge for more than 24 hours. Luckily I can send it back, but I'm nervous about getting a new one. I hate the hassle and I don't want this to happen again. I have a Surge version 16.34.5.14. My first thought is that it means my surge was manufactured in 2014. Any idea if this is true?

@Lisslein Looking back in the Surge Forum the earliest year I found was 2014 so you may be right. I would however suggest you browse the Forum to see how users feel about their Surges. Some of its recurring problems can be traced back to at least 2015. Good luck!
