Only run in the menu

I am having a problem with my menu screen it only shows the run option, I have tried to re-sync but not worked any ideas?

Thanks for trying that step, I'd suggest to restart your Surge a couple of times then try these syncing steps instead to reconnect it with your Fitbit Account.
