The last twice I've been out on my bike my surge shows my exercise when riding but doesn't show on my app. Today it has registered the 14000 steps but the exercise is blank. Last logged exercise is may 1st but I've done 2 rides since then. I've shut it down and restarted, I've disconnected the Bluetooth and resynced it , I've also uninstalled the app on my phone and downloaded it again. Still no exercise? Any help appreciated as my friends think I'm making my rides up 😁.

Good to hear that you're using your Surge to track your bike activities. Thanks for reporting the issue you're having to get your maps, and thanks for the details you mentioned about the steps you already tried. I'd like to see the screenshots of the information that you're getting on your Dashboard. Also, please compare if the map is showing of on the Fitbit.com Dashboard using the website like Chrome or Internet explorer. 

 

Have you done the same activity again? Is this working now?
