I need to get up one or two times a night to service my bladder. My Surge only shows me the last sleep cycle making it look like I get less than 2 hrs sleep a night. How do I find the prior sleep cycles for the night?

Great to see you here in the Forums @topgum!
It's good to know that you're using your Fitbit to track your sleep. Your Fitbit settings records your sleep in either "sensitive" mode for extremely detailed sleep reporting or "normal" mode for a more basic idea of your sleep patterns. So, before to check anything else; let's confirm how your Fitbit is tracking your sleep.
The sensitive setting will cause your tracker to record nearly all movements as time spent restless or awake, why don't you check that the last sleep graph to make sure you have all the information there. If you wish I can take a look of that too, just attach the screenshot to your next post.
Hope this helps, I'll be around in case you need more help!
