Hey everyone - I've been a Surge customer since it was introduced over two years ago. I love the device, but hate not being able to swap out a broken strap. I'm past my warranty and am now considering purchasing a Blaze. I do not use the GPS on my Surge so that is not a big concern. Just checking to see if any other previous Surge users switched to a Blaze and if so are you pleased or disappointed with your decision?

Love my Blaze! It does have connected GPS . Different than the surge.. I think you will like it. Alot smaller than the surge, which is a big Plus!

Best AnswerI would just wait for the new Fitbit smartwatch that is set to come out this fall. I am trying to make my surge last until then but the way the band is breaking it might not make it that far. I have tried repeatedly to get them to switch me out trackers but all they offer is the 25%. Some other users have said that they were able to receive a blaze in exchange for their surges.
