I bought a Surge yesterday. After fully charged, and setup, I started to pairing iPhone this morning. At first, iPhone did find Surge Classic and Surge screen did appear code but I didn't push right lower button and I redid and still didn't push that button for confirming. When I knew that I should have push that button, my iPhone couldn't detect Surge Classic. But I found Surge info could stream to my iPhone.( but Surge Classic is not on iPhone Bluetooth list) What is the problem?

New Surge now on day three, I have exact same issue that Surge will not pair with my iPhone SE,

Some times iPhone SE Bluetooth pairing displays Surge (Classic) other times "Surge".  What is really annoying is the time out on the Surge device. Frequently when Surge device set at "Pair" and sometimes a pairing code is displayed only soon to discover that the Surge Bluetooth Classic device displays OFF.

As a Windows 10 desktop and Windows 8.1 Tablet user each device discovers the Bluetooth device "Surge Classic" end I find that the end result is always a display message "That didn't work. Try again and make sure the device is discoverable". Come on fitbit improve your device please?

@Casique Surge Clasaic is strickly used to control music on a phone, there is no reasin to pair it to your computer.

For the Surge Low Energy Bluetooth, this is what your Fitbit data syncs through, and must be setup through the Fitbit Software. Once it is setup and attached to your account the software will then pair the Surge to the computer or phone.

Does the Surge sync your data to Fitbit.com?

Dor music control the link above should help out

Hi Thank you. First three days I had contingency FitBit Surge would not Bluetooth connect to my iPhone SE..
Eventually I removed every Bluetooth device on my iPhone followed by iPhone reset. Bluetooth on iPhone set ON.
Next day discovered that Surge device connected to my iPhone. I formed the view that at the time of Surge pairing there was a conflict when Jabra Motion headset connected. I can confirm that all my Bluetooth device working five days Regards Casique
