Challenges- can only be in 5.

I have 4 active challenges. When I try to join a 5th one, it says can only be in 5. Anyone else having this issue? And how to fix?

@yo_mama the question is that @Grabon is in 4 challanges and fit it wont let them join a 5th. Being in 4 their is room for one more to make 5. But Fitbit says no can do.
