My surge is coming apart, the band is coming apart from the face. I tried contacting support on Twitter as the Support page recommends and they said no I should use live chat. But there is no live chat. So I asked the hours. No reponse. The phone support never goes through during the hours they say are open and the email just leads to an autogenerated reponse. For me this was a huge purchase and now I can't even wear it except by using a hairband to hold it together. I love Fitbit, I have had several over the years. But they usually just work. I bought directly from Fitbit so I have no store to talk to. Does anyone know the best times or methods to reach someone? 😞

If you're having trouble with the phone contact then perhaps email might be your best option. The web chat option will only show on the contact page when there is someone available.

I use an app called GetHuman, it will call the business you want, then when a human answers it tells them to hold on and calls tou back.
