Hi I've just got my surge and am having problems with syncing a notifications...I gave the same settings as my friends who's works perfectly...sometimes messages come through but very rarely also white Bluetooth do I need to be connected to as it comes up with surge classic and just surge but that one won't connect even though it's paired.

Very welcome to the Community @Nikkiwhite44Smiley Happy Make that you have the "All day Sync" option disable on your Fitbit app. After that, Restart your tracker and try to set up the call and text notifications by following the instructions here "Call and Text Notifications".

Under your phone's settings go to sounds and notifications, scroll down, make sure lock screen is set to show all.

Hi Tarinfitbit....I've tried that lots of times I've even deleted my charger and reconnected it to no avail....I have 2 different Bluetooth pairings one just surge with a phone icon next to it and one surge classic with tracker icon...the later one connects if I do it manually but the surge with phone icon doesn't even attempt to connect....my friend only had the surge Bluetooth and it connects to hers and we have the same phones....also i have had to charge it twice already and have only had it since monday and havent used it to track excercise or anything...is my charge faulty ?

Hey thanks for the info @Rich_Laue and @Nikkiwhite44 thanks for the update. In this case I recommend to contact Costumer Support they will be happy to further investigate this issue and I'm sure they will get you back on track.
