Can I wear my surge any wear besides my wrist, like my ankle ?

Your Surge is designed to be worn on your wrist, and that is definitely where it will be most accurate.  But there is no harm in experimenting and seeing how it works for you worn somewhere else.  I have read that some people have found it will pick up heartrate when worn on the ankle.  Try and see!
