Why Brazil not appear in "Select your region" link? 

Do you´re thinking translate the fitibit´s culture for PT-BR? When?

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @lucas_BRAZIL! Thank you very much for your feedback, I really appreciate your comment, I don't know specifically why  there is no option for Brazil in the Fitbit website. But  I think it would be a good option, I would like to encourage you submit it as a suggested idea, where members of the Community can comment and vote for it so it can be implemented in a future update, this is the best way to make your voice heard. Woman Happy
