I just came back from a trip to Vietnam where temps rose to high 40’s. Because I sweated a lot, my Fitbit Surge was drenched in sweat and the  rubber strap broke. How I can have this replaced?

Thanks for posting you inquiry here. I think that it's best if you check with our support team the options you have about your Surge band. I've requested already a case on your behalf.
