Screen will not swipe

 My fitbit Surge is about a year old. I am having trouble swiping to check cals, steps, etc., I have a 3 year warranty also. Is there a quick fix or do I need customer support ?? Help, I use this thing every day !!!!

If there is a quick fix then it's most likely to be a restart of the Surge:

 

  1. Press and hold the Home and Select buttons (left and bottom right) on your Fitbit Surge for 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the screen flash or start to dim.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. After your screen turns completely off, wait 10 seconds and press the Home button to turn your Surge back on.

Give this a few tries as it sometimes doesn't work. If that doesn't help then customer support is the next step. You mention you have bought the extended warranty - not sure who you contact first in that case.
