Hi there I'm not happy because I have had my Fitbit and it's a big part in my life but with this watch you can't change the straps and mine has broken so I can't wear it. Is there anything you can do about this because you pay a lot of money and this shouldn't happen.

When did you get your Surge? The warranty runs for 2 years in Europe and 1 year elsewhere and if you are still covered you can contact customer support to see if they will provide a replacement
