Howdy
Front glass has a crack diagonally! Did not remember hitting on anything! Do they do replacement glass ? Its a great product infact i love it

I don't think the screens are repairable.

 

However, if you don't think it is your fault and you are still within warranty (see: www.fitbit.com/returns ) then you could contact customer support to see if they can help or even replace the Surge:
