Button Stuck

The bottom right button on my Surge that is used to select programs is stuck and doesn't make the clicking sound. 

Has anyone had this problem before and know how to fix it?

If it's a hardware problem all I can suggest is that you check you are still within warranty via www.fitbit.com/returns and then, assuming you are, contact customer support via this link:
