Buttons not working

Just brought home my brand new surge and it's all synced fine, but none of the buttons work. I've pressed them all individually, and every combination. I've held down the home and bottom right to reset. Nothing!

this is my 3rd surge. 1st returned as battery wouldn't hold charge, second returned due to strap coming away from face.

do I need to give up? When it works I love it, but this is getting ridiculous!!

help!!

I'm sorry but sometimes there are faulty devices with any product. I would take it back and exchange it where ever you got it.

@AlyG74 What are the odds of you receiving three consecutive defective Surges? If you have time, browse the Surge Forum to see how other Surge users feel about the Surge and FitBit. The odds may surprise you. It should help you make an informed decision. Good luck!
