Call/Text notification suddenly not working

Originally it's working OK, but suddenly unable to get notification after mid-night, nothing have done before, what can I do?

Welcome aboard to our community @monchez. There are some tips I can share with you for this issue.

  • The most basic is make sure your tracker is within 20 feet of your mobile device.
  • Your tracker won't receive notifications if it is syncing to your mobile device when a call or text is received.
  • Other Bluetooth devices connected to your mobile device may be causing interference and preventing notifications from appearing.

Now if all of the above is not the problem, restart your tracker. If you need the steps for this I shared  this post with other user and include the steps for this. It may be of your help in case you need them.

 

  1. On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
  2. Turn off Bluetooth, wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  3. Reboot your mobile device.

If the issue persist tell your mobile device to "forget" your tracker:

  1. On your mobile device, go back to Settings > Bluetooth.
  2. Tap your tracker and then tap Forget Device.
  3. Log out of the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Turn on call, text, or calendar event notifications for your tracker:
  5. Open the Fitbit app and tap Account.
  6. Tap your tracker.
  7. Find an option to turn on call or text notifications again.

Thanks for your reply.
I do use it as normal, device and phone stay within 1m, no other device connected at the same time. I do have tried to reset both phone and device, not work, bluetooth forget the device and re-connect, nearly unable to re-connect again (my phone unable to find the device), scared. I have to reset, re-connect, reset, re-connect again and again, after an hour, I gave up, and go to sleep.
Next morning, the same, I gave up again, pretend to use the device as a normal watch.
But in the afternoon, it suddenly work again. The apps new look of the 1st page have become the old one again.
Is this related with the suddent fault?
