How do i turn on my call and text message notifications to connect with my fitbit surge?
Is it possible?

Definitely possible!  On the Fitbit app on your phone click on your device (Surge) and on the next screen choose "Call and text notifications" then just follow the instructions.  

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
